Drive roller for the use of grinding belts up to 30 mm width on POLY-PTX® and other longitudinal grinding machines with 19 mm keyway shaft. Ideal for processing open and closed round pipe constructions.
Features:
Wear-resistant Vulculan with side thrust washers made of stainless steel and optimized Shore hardness.
Dimensions 85 x 70 mm.
Maximum speed 6,500 min-1.
Use with POLY-PTX spacer rings for width compensation on 100 mm shaft (e.g. 70 mm roll + 10 and 20 mm spacer ring for 100 mm shaft).
19 mm spline shaft holder.
With vibration-damped sleeve (design protected) for 1-fold, 2-fold and 4-fold splined shaft, thus 100% concentricity.
