The absolutely uniform, pyramid-shaped grain structure ensures high material removal with a very fine grinding pattern. In this way, smaller scratches and spot welds are removed at the same time and the surface is smoothed in record time. This saves working time and work steps. The grinding temperature is also reduced compared to conventional abrasives. The TZ pyramid material, which is slightly flattened at the grit tip, is therefore ideal for preparing the surface for a mirror finish later and offers an even more homogeneous fine sanding finish than other pyramid abrasives. To do this, the work-piece is ground evenly with grits from D65 to D16. You should only work with the machine’s own weight and without pressure in order to avoid breaking off the grain tips and to take advantage of the long service life of the TZ Pyramid material. Leaves very little surface roughness!
