At the beginning of the 1980s, Eisenblätter launched the world's first zirconium flap disc for fast-running angle grinders, which started the legendary and unparalleled triumph of flap discs. This wealth of experience resulted in new, patented manufacturing processes and our own fabric formulations and lamella configurations, which accounts for the unrivaled performance characteristics of this category of grinding wheels at Eisenblätter. It was even possible to completely dispense with the use of stressful glass fabric mats and particles. This protects users and the environment in the long term and, with its unique and unrivaled natural fiber compound technology, ensures superior performance, quality and durability. A new hybrid technology makes Eisenblätter flap discs particularly versatile and resource-saving and often saves its customers several additional processing steps. Many well-known companies in Germany and abroad belong to the Eisenblätter customer base.
