Try the flexible BRIGHTEX® FLAP polishing discs now!

Made of polishing fleece with already pre-impregnated BRIGHTEX® polishing paste, they adapt perfectly to flat and shaped surfaces and remove even the finest streaks and any polishing mist in a flash.
BRIGHTEX® FLAP Berry for preliminary and main polishing and BRIGHTEX® FLAP Sun for a perfect mirror finish.

Step 1: Top high gloss thanks to BRIGHTEX® Berry polishing paste, even through the remaining oxide layers.
Step 2: Mirror shine almost like chrome thanks to BRIGHTEX® Sun polishing paste.

Features:

  • For the reconditioning of highly machine-polished surfaces.
  • Ideal for use with polishers and hand-held polishers.
  • Completely newly developed high-tech paste formulation.
  • Elastic natural fiber high-tech compound backing plate protects the environment and the user (CO2-neutral), completely self-trimming for complete use of the disc, silences noise and vibration.
  • Pre-polishing and main polishing in one – saving additional work steps.
  • Can be used immediately without additional pastes and creams!
  • Lamellae can be refilled several times with BRIGHTEX® solid pastes (note grain size!).
  • Ideal speed 600 - 3,000 rpm.
  • Maximum speed 3,850 rpm.

1 BRIGHTEX® FLAP Sun 125 x 22.2 mm, polishing disc
1 POWER CLEANER 50 ml spray bottle
1 BRIGHTEX® microfibre cloth 400 x 400 mm

Note:
Always remove polishing residue from the workpiece after changing the paste! If necessary, the polishing disc can be re-wetted with BRIGHTEX® pastes.
Polishing residue is best removed with Eisenblätter care and cleaning agents (BRIGHTEX® Softclean Powder, POWER CLEANER).
