Right of withdrawal
As a private citizen, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The time limit for withdrawal is fourteen days from the day when you or a named third party representing you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a mailed letter, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. To this end, you may – but do not have to – use the attached sample withdrawal form.
Dispatching your withdrawal notice prior to expiry of the time limit will be sufficient to comply with the time limit.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by your selection of type of delivery other than the cost-efficient standard delivery offered), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal notice. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly stipulated otherwise; you will in no case be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse payment until receipt of the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever falls earlier.
You undertake to return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The time limit is complied with if the goods are dispatched prior to expiry of the fourteen-day time limit. You bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
You are obligated to compensate a diminished value of the goods only where the diminished value is a result of tampering the goods in any ways other than necessary for ascertaining the nature, features and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not ready-made or for the production of which an individual selection or instruction by the consumer is required or which are obviously customized to meet the personal needs of the consumer; in addition, it does not apply to contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods whose expiration date would soon be exceeded.
